Silicon-hydrogen products (or “SiH products” in
short) are silicon products containing Si-H bonds.
These products will liberate hydrogen in some circumstances,
presenting a major risk of explosion or fire that is proportional
to the rate and/or volume of hydrogen released.
SiH products therefore need to be handled with care. For
this reason CES has prepared the attached manual.
